There's this black seed inside you and it is flowering into a poisonous plant. It is up to you to either pull out before it pollinates or you let it be and continue to water them with your anger and impatience. There is always one thing. It's one thing, added the other and another and another until it becomes very very dangerous. How to handle that? Like i said, it's up to you. Anger is a cover emotion. When you’re feeling angry, it’s actually cloaking your true emotions. Sadness, anxiety, grief, fear....these emotions are confusing to deal with and anger is typically the “face” of those emotions. When you take the time to consider what you are truly feeling, more often than not, you will see that anger is the emotion that is masking something much deeper. Try and ground yourself. Ask yourself questions about what triggered this anger and work backwards from there. Once you can get to the root of this anger, it’s easier to pick apart what put you into that emotion.
