because somewhere deep down inside of you, you know that your life really matters and it'll be devastating for your loved ones if something bad happened to you. perhaps seek for some help on 7 Cups (or in real life) to talk about your feelings and help smooth things out in your head. we love you, and we all respect and treat you with dignity! :)

It is because of the attachment of yourself towards that particular situation. You have to be more practical and sometimes saying a big no and big yes does matters.

Probably, despite the fact you want so badly to improve your situation, your brain continue thinking that "you're wasting time, you will not pull out of this situation". You must be really really determinated and convinced! Also, remember that is a long process; unfortunately is impossible to get better in only one day, but you can do little steps that will bring you out of this bad situation.

I think I'm sometimes incapable of saying NO to others. So even though I want to get out of a situation, I just stay not wanting to hurt others. But I'm trying to learn how to pull myself out of those situations for my own safety and well-being.

Don't be so hard on yourself, if it was that easy then none of us would suffer from mental illness like depression. Remember depression is an illness and it needs to be treated as that. You can't just snap out of high blood pressure and the same goes for depression.
