Happiness isn't found in some big moment that changes your life forever. It's not dramatic and awe inspiring. Happiness is thinking, "wow, those clouds are pretty" instead of, "wow, it's so cold today". Nobody is happy 100% of the time, you just find it where you can and you Appreciate it.
