You haven't found what you want in life. If you've already sought help, maybe antidepressants or therapy if you think you are depressed, then you need to find what actually makes you happy. Try some new hobbies. Meet new people. Try to find your goal in life and your career aspirations and find something to work towards.

Humans are not living beings that tend to actually feel happy all the time. When there is nothing that makes you happy, you just don't feel happy. Occupy your self in a calm & relaxing environment, and do something that you really like, and achieving it makes you happy. Relaxation is the first step to happiness.
