I'm sorry you feel like that dude, I feel the same way. It does make me feel better knowing that I'm not the only one feeling this.I'm sure you're strong enough to move on or move past whatever is holding you back from happiness. It's possible that you just have a lot going on in your life right now and it's a little hard to find happiness. It could also be that something in your life is draining your happiness from you. Talking about your problems with a listener can help, even if its not here on 7 cups. Some of the best conversations I've had were super supportive and helpful. If you need to, seek out a therapist to help you to find happiness again. Feeling happy isn't always a permanent state of affairs. It's okay to want happiness, or to be content with where you're at right now. Embracing your emotions is a good start to self-care and help.

Typically, not being able to feel happy is because of a depressive episode or a diagnosis of depression. That's usually either from life affecting you in a way that causes your mental health to deteriorate, or a hormonal imbalance, for some. Specifically, it may be because of a recent trauma such as death, rape, or similar events that have changed your life dramatically. It's really tragic for that to happen to you, especially when there's not a way for you to get help from a reliable source, and I hope you do find some help if you haven't any at the moment.

Feeling happy requires work, it requires energy which might not be as easy as you think. Your mind might be wired to automatically think of negative thoughts and you will thus feel negatively about yourself and the world around you. In order to move past that phase you need to stop believing in what you believe (automatic thoughts) which as I said is not an easy process. There are five signs of why you might not be happy. 1) You are not living the moment, and being present in the moment right now, 2) You see yourself as the victim, 3) you can't be alone, 4) your body is not getting what it needs. This includes: sleep, nutrition, exercise, socialization, etc. And finally 5) your emotion controls you If your negative emotions are uncontrolled, you're not the captain of your own ship, and you'll only be able to steer it if you retrain your mind to choose when you want to react.

Sometimes you can feel unhappy because you are overthinking things that have happened or that have yet to happen. This could cause you to no longer sleep well at night, so when you wake up you do not feel refreshed and re-energised. Living more in the moment can make you feel happier because it allows you to lessen how much you overthink. Thinking of past or future negative emotions/experiences can make you feel unhappy, so instead try and think positive emotions/experiences. Also taking a pause from all of the things you have to do/feel like you have to do during the day can help. You could try meditating to recenter yourself/“recharge your batteries”.

alot of people feel this way because they suffer from depression and that is ok we all have problems and all of them are different and that is ok to we are humans and we have the right to feel this it can be seen as a disorder or a little problem, it is ok to talk about what is causeing this situation it can be hard bad mean sad anything, what is not a good thing to do is keep it in side it is ok to cry during you telling someone what is going on too, make sure it is someone that you trust!
