Depression can often stem from things that have affected you in the past, think about why you are feeling so depressed and try to get to the roots of where this is coming from, however if you seem to be becoming depressed for no good reason I recommend seeing a Psychologist or therapist that could prescribe you anti depressants as you may have a chemical imbalance in your brain, but as you are on the medication you will talk through your problems with your psychologist and hopefully destroy what seems to be causing you discomfort

If you cannot find external reasons for it such as loss, bullying, loneliness etc. it may be due to internal problems - a chemical or hormonal imbalance can make you feel more anxious, irritable, sad or depressed than usual.

Depression is tough. There might be something that happened that's causing you to feel this way. Depression can build up over time, and eventually become unbearable. It's a good idea to look back at what's been going in your life, find when you think you started feeling depressed, and go from there. Also, a really helpful resource is the 7 Cups depression guide. Here's the link: https://www.7cups.com/depression-help-online/

It could be that you are dwelling on the past things that have made you hurt, which is understandable. You can't forget sometimes, but as long as you accept them; time will heal. I recommend trying to find things that distract you, find a hobby or something positive that will lift up you spirits and keep you thinking positive!

If you're depressed all the time, there's a good chance you're suffering from depression. When depression impairs your ability to live your life to the fullest, you should seek help from a mental health professional. If you're unable to see a mental health professional, try reaching out to online support groups (7 Cups has great forums dedicated to this!) or coping skill guides (7 Cups also has great guides dedicated to this!) for help. Depression can also come from having many life changes or stresses in a short period of time, from loss, or from lack of essential vitamins.
