This is something that I have personally struggled with for a very long time, in my very own personal life. There is no specific answer, but you can definitely boil down generic problems into different categories. Life isn't a straightforward thing, and there is no perfect answer. There are many guides that cover different aspects of this, like the (7 cups for the searching soul) here, on 7 cups in the self help guide; Nobody will have the perfect answer specifically tailored for you, one thing you could do is close your eyes, and let your mind wander, and just think. Nobody's life is perfect, and everyone has things they like and dislike, it could be as simple as you having tiny things that you keep putting off, Natural genetic depression or something as deep as you not feeling like you have a purpose. There's no way we can know for certain but you can utilize the tools around you to give you a head start. Sometimes speaking with a listener lets us untangle our thoughts and lays everything down in front of you. Whatever you decide to do, I hope you don't let it eat away at you. People always discover new things about themselves, today could be the day for you. =)

Sometimes, it seems we have everything we need to be happy yet something feels wrong internally. There are many reasons for this, ranging from unaddressed trauma to a chemical imbalance in the brain. What I often see when speaking to members on 7 cups, is that they feel unjustified in their feelings. Surely there is someone who has it worse right? The fact is, each struggle is difficult in its own way. If the only pain someone has had in their entire life is stubbing a toe, they would rate that a 10 on their personal pain scale! Your experiences are valid, and if you are experiencing emotional pain there is a reason why. You are justified in your feelings, never forget that.
