I used to talk to my best friend, she was the only one who knew about my depression since I didn't really like socializing or anything. Anyone you feel you can trust. Someone who loves you and will hear you out, and if you don't have anyone in your life that will listen you can always come on here and we will be happy to help! If it gets too overwhelming I would recommend seeing a therapist.

I think you should talk to someone who you are close and comfortable to , it can be a family member, a friend , a teacher or anyone whom you think will understand. You can then seek professional help therapists or counselors who can help you understand your condition better.
