Anyone. Talking is a great first step, maybe start with friends and family as they are the people that care about you the most and want you to be happy. If you feel that you cant talk to them, try talking to a listener on 7 cups or maybe your doctor.

I usually talk to my friend, or a listener depending on the problem I am having. I like to keep some things anonymous so I connect to a listener or go to a group discussion for my issues.

To talk about a subject that is personal, one need to find a person who they think will not judge them or someone who will listen wholeheartedly. It's a very sensitive matter and would want someone who will try to understand what one is going through.
