You can talk to people who you feel close to, people who you trust. If you don't have anyone you feel comfortable talking to you can always talk to a professional that has experience in this area such as counselors, mentors, a coach, anyone who has gone though this and made it out.

I guess that I talk about it to a close friend of mine or someone who I can trust.....maybe someone anonymous in order to not talk about it anymore too.

I have Depression and Social Anxiety. I found it extremely difficulty to talk about my feelings and to seek help. It took me 3 months of constantly trying to persuade myself to find help. First, I found this site, 7cups, and I contacted some listeners who were extremely supportive and I finally managed to contact my GP. Now I am feeling much better with treatment.

I think this is a quite personal question but it always ends to one "the person you trust". In some cases this is the best friend, your parents or a professional.

Its important to talk to someone you can trust. You've found a good starting point by coming to 7Cups for support. I would suggest a close friend, family member or teacher. Stay strong and know there are lots of wonderful people here to support you as well!

talk to anyone you feel comfortable to talk to. Either a close friend or family member, sometimes it also helps to talk to someone from outside your social network, someone who is not close to you where you don't have to fear to be judged.
