The ones you may feel more comfortable speaking to and those who would most likely be the most helpful are those who can help from experience as they understand what it's like to go through your situation. It may also be helpful to see a professional such as a counsellor who will be able to give you advice. If you're looking to just talk about your issues though, please consider speaking with a Listener. You can browse the many profiles and choose your own based on their profile information. :)

A good friend, a supportive family member, your dog, it can be anyone really -- oh, and a trained professional of course. But sometimes the most helpful person to talk to is You, yourself. Look in a mirror and have that much-needed conversation, or get a nice journal and fill it with your thoughts and feelings. Peace, Devin
