Your family, friends, teachers, co-workers, manager, professionals, anyone. You can literally talk to this about anyone. The best bet is a doctor and also a counsellor.

People to talk to about depression could be parents or guardians, older siblings, school counselors, or even a trusted adult outside of the family.

I never had anyone to talk to. That's when i realized that the only person that's always there was the voice within myself, the one who told me I was worthless, that there was no hope for me. Having realized that, instead of fighting back or running away from it, I accepted the fact that he is me and will always be with me. I started writing my thoughts and my emotion in a small notebook as if I'm talking to myself. That was a way for me to release all those emotions bottled up inside and to calm the demon inside me. Now that I've felt better, sometimes when I'm down, I still open that notebook and write a couple lines.

I talk to the people I love and trust. I talk to those who I know will help me and understand. If I need to, I will talk to a professional. Talking to someone is important and can make others more aware what you are going through.

I talk to depression to close family members or a professional therapist because they are well versed in the subject.

When I am in need for someone to talk to/get things off my chest, I go to my partner and my parents. However, when I am seeking professional help, I talk to my doctor/psychiatrist.
