It is pretty simple just ask a listener here on 7 cups or find a hotline that you can talk to. There are many people out there willing to help you.

Try talking to several people. Get different perspectives. One person may give you something that doesn't work for you, but another may give you what you need. Talk to who makes you feel comfortable

who you choose to talk to online depends on your comfort level. anywhere from professionals and friends, to spiritual leaders, listeners here on site, other members in chatrooms. Trusting people takes time and for good reason, taking things slowly protects you from lots of unsavory people.

You could always talk to the Listeners here at 7 cups of tea! Or alternatively, if you are looking for professional help within Australia (where I am from), you could visit several websites including:
- Beyond Blue
- eHeadspace (for those aged between 12- 25)
- Kids Help Line (for those aged between 12-25)
- SANE
All these services have online chat services for counselling, as well as supportive forums. Don't hesitate to reach out for help!

There is a lot of people you can talk to online about your problems. It really depends on the problem. I am open to talking with most people, but there are certain topics which i have no experience in, so there for I would not be able to help. But usually you can send me a Private Message and I will always accept. I can not promise that I can help, but I will promise to listen.
Hope my answer helped
Friendly Regards

The best place to start is someplace like here. The listeners will listen to you and reassure you, it's an amazing place. Otherwise, if your problems are more serious, you should look for specialist websites or hotlines where you can talk to professionals.

You can talk to whoever you want to online about your problems. It might be better if you remain anonymous and don't give any personal info but you can talk to anyone online as long as they are professional and know what their doing. You can talk to anyone on this about your problems and remain anonymous or not, or you could use a different website if you wanted.
