You can talk about your problems in the various rooms, and with listeners. We're all here to help one another. Look to the left side of your screen. You'll see 1-on-1, and Group Chat. If you hit group chat, you'll see three rooms and an arrow under that. Hit the arrow to be able to see the rest of the rooms. Click on the rooms that apply to you. Talk there. :)

You can talk to anybody you trust, and that you know will listen and not judge you for anything. It can be a friend, a teacher, a parent, a counselor, a sibling, and everyone here as well. There are so many options. Don't do anything you feel uncomfortable or uncertain about. Make the choices that are right for you and will benefit you.

I can talk to my boyfriend about my problems. He is very compassionate and caring and I know he loves me and cares about how I feel and what I think. I can also talk to my mom and my boyfriend's mom as well. I only have one good friend where I live but he always takes the time to listen to me when I need a friend.

When having problems it is not good to carry these burdens on your shoulders on your own. Many persons today do not know who to look to share their problems with. But I personally believe that your therapist is one of the best persons to share your problem with. If you cannot afford a therapist, then I believe your doctor is accept free visits is a good person to vent to. That is if you trust this person. Also you can check with your church or employer for free counseling options. Lastly, if you urgently need to talk to someone but none of the persons I mentioned above aren't available then dial 211. 211 in the United States will connect you to human and social services for your area. Hope this helped. ;)
