Simply you can talk about it with your family, because I think it's very essentials for your family to know your conditions. If you live far away from your family, you can talk about it with a person older than you or a friend you trust the most. And, of course, you'll be always welcome to talk about it with me. Remember, sometimes you're the only one who knows yourself. :)

You can start with anyone around you that you feel comfortable speaking with; whether that be your family, close friends, or professionals like a doctor/psychologist/counsellor. Or you can even talk with a total stranger, like here at 7 cups of tea! The important thing is to let your problems out. Darkness thrives when things are bottled up tight inside your mind.

Someone you feel comfortable with. It is hard, sometimes, to open up to someone (be they strangers or someone you have known for a long time) because there is always that fear of judgement. But comfort is essential. If you feel easy around someone, and feel like you want to tell them your problems, then that is usually a good sign.

There are infinite possibilities. There is, of course, 7 Cups of Tea, if it is something you want to keep confidential. But, for not so serious things, trusted friends are a good resource. Also, you might want to keep in mind someone with more life experience, if for instance, your problem is that you don't know what to do with your life. If your problem is, for example, you don't know if you are ready to have a baby, talk to a mother. The possibilities are infinite, actually. So much depends on how private you are, what type of information you are looking for, your age. and your station in life.

That depends on what you're talking about - but usually you can always talk to an adult who you respect or someone you can trust. Or, of course, any one of our Listeners will listen to what you have to say and help in anyway we can. If none of these are a suitable answer, or it's a leagal manner, you can always call 911. If it's a desperate situation, however, and you're feeling suicidal it's recommended to call 1 (262) 273-8422 if in the US. :)
