Opening up about one's issues can be one of the most difficult things in the world. You don't want to look vulnerable, while at the same time you're unable to handle your feelings. It's best to confide in a family member or close friend, who can help you by listening to you without judging. If you don't have such a person, it's best to chat over a platform like 7 Cups of Tea, where trained listeners can help you gain some insight on what you need to do. And if all else fails, it's always best to pray. :-)

But,the most important thing is how comfortable you are to share your problems with someone who is close to you, for example some people are afraid to share their problems with family members so they seek the support of friends who are really understanding to them. However, for certain people who have an understanding and supportive family members, so sharing their problem with family members helps to reduce their emotional burden. Besides that, there are also other ways to talk about problems such talking to a person in a website which supports anxiety, depression or any other mental health related problems, but most importantly the website protects the anonymity of users, this actually helps a person to share problems without being afraid of judged as well as helps reduce the emotional burden by talking to someone.
