You can talk to any listener. remember each listener is different so try find someone just for what you need! Some listeners may be more suited for different problems so if you want a perfect match, search a listener who speaks your language, and is stronger in your area of problem!

When I'm with someone I trust. Preferably a friend or family member. The limits are endless. Must be in your member account.

It can be difficult to choose someone to go to when we need to vent out our frustrations, feelings or simply just to talk. However, many times it is best to go to someone you feel comfortable with and whom you trust. This may be a friend or family member. If you don't feel like talking to someone you know because you are afraid to be judged (for example) then another way is to see a counselor. If you are attending school, the mental health center offers this for free (well your tuition pays for it if you are in college) personally this is my favorite. Sometimes if feels great to talk to a stranger. I hope this was helpful (: and i wish you luck!

Well, you can talk with the people here at 7cups about your problems for starters, you can also talk with a close friend or family member, and if you feel like your problems are more severe than what any of we non professional people can handle you should try consulting a therapist. Good Luck.

You can talk to us! Try Browse Listeners to find someone who's best suited to understanding your problems. You can also talk to other members in group chats, some people may share your problems and you can find support for them. However if you feel the need to confide in someone who's actually physically in your life, you could try listing some people who you think could help you out and think about who you want to approach. They could be your parents or other relatives, your religious leaders, a school counsellor and so on.
