I would go to a trusted adult or close friend for relationship advice. Sometimes talking with someone older who has some more perspective is invaluable in getting good advice.

I suggest speaking with closest friends. If they can't provide you with the answers you're looking for, I encourage speaking to your parents. The wisdom most adults have often outweighs what children around the same age can give.

You can ask advice from the people around you like family, friends etc. But the best advice would be given by a relationship expert.

You can usually go to a parent or to a close friend. People experience with positive and successful relationships are the people who will help you the most.

It helps to go to people who are closest to you and know the most about you, like close friends and family members, as they can help you decide what's best according to your wants and needs.

It really depends on what the issue is. If it's for a relationship that has yet to exist, you should talk to someone you feel can help build your courage. There are many people here who probably have lots of experience in many fields. If it's an existing relationship, go to someone you feel has a lot of experience related to the issue. This may sound silly, but I have gotten a lot of good advice from strangers I have met on Omegle

For relationship advice, you should talk to someone that you can trust. Talk to a close friend or your parents. If it is awkward talking about relationships with your parents, talk to your close friends.

A trusted friend or family member is always great. You could also go to therapy, with or without your significant other.
