well there is so much you can do, starting by telling someone you trust be it a parent or a teacher, you can then talk to a doctor who can refer you to a mental health and counciling and can give you strategies and medication to help battle depression

If you're in school, you could always go to the counselor and talk to them and they could help you find outside resources such as therapy or other specalized doctors. If you're not in school you can visit your general doctor and they may be able to refer you to the proper person

Well the first place to go is probably your doctor. He or she will be able to suggest the best treatment options for you! When things have been really bad I've also used a free local crisis line where I can speak to trained volunteers over the phone. If all else fails, 7 Cups of Tea is always here for you :) Stay strong!
