Smile. Smiling and having a good time makes all our worries and negative feelings fade away ; it's okay to not be in a relationship it's something that happens naturally when it is right and feeling sad and swelling on this negative feeling will not help you in life nor will forcing a relationship . Focus on what you do have and really take advantage of the good things in life . Jump into your hobbies and maybe even try something new , life is there for you to live happily!

Just remember, you don't need to be in a relationship to be happy. Relationships aren't pills that take away sadness. So being in one doesn't automatically make someone happier. Sometimes being single is better because there's less worry and struggles. If you're in a relationship that is an emotional burden then there will be more sadness, anger, hatred than happiness. This will make you even more sad than being single. Single isn't the worst thing in the world! :)

Where attention goes, emotion follows. I've been there before, truth be told, and in my experience, the more time I spent in my head comparing myself against others who are in a relationship, either blaming others for my situation or pitying myself for my lack of chance: I felt worse. What works for me is grounding myself via mindfulness and then daring again outside: to meet someone and give us a shot. #Grounding, that would be my answer in one word, via mindfulness.

When I had just gotten out of a relationship with a guy I thought was in love with me I began focusing on different things. I studied harder and exercised more to get a better body and let him see what he was missing out on haha. Overall, I focused on loving MYSELF.

Well personally, I remember all the good things about my life and focus on myself a bit more and eventually I remeber how much I enjoyed my own company before I had a relationship and I feel a lot happier and more content with myself as a whole.
