Loneliness is not easy to get over. Sometimes, you will feel alone. Sometimes entertaining yourself and having others online give you attention will help. Lots of people online care about you, even if it seems like people in person do not.

Talking to people on here can be really helpful. However if you can manage it, you'll feel better for talking to people in person. Meet up with a couple of friends for coffee or something, just to catch up. Even if it's only for a couple of hours you'll feel far less alone afterwards.

It´s a very hard thing to do but it´s so worth it. You can join a sports club. Mabye Karate or some sports you need a team for like soccer or volleyball. The communitiy in the club was helping me a lot.
