Practice a self love act, be that meditation, a soak in the tub or listening to music. I find a great deal of comfort in my cats, chat to a friend. Just do anything that you enjoy, something you love.

If you experience such negative feelings - don't be afraid to express them! No matter how hard it may be, try to tell others about what you are feeling and don't be scared to find professional help. It;s nothing to be ashamed of, and definitely nothing you should live with. You deserve happiness - keep telling yourself that! Go outside, search company, try to find things, small things, that make you happy. Cherish those little happy moments you experience during your life, keep them in the palm of your hand, write them down and re-read them when you are feeling down. Don't forget - you are the boss of you. And if you want to feel better - take matters into your own hands!

I like to talk to my friends over skype in a group chat and just chill with them, which usually makes me feel a lot better. Sometimes though I just want to talk alone with one of my most trusted friends and talk to them about what's going on. That usually seems to help a lot.

Do hobbies or anything that you enjoy doing. Many hobbies are social and can definitely help you meet more wonderful people. Therefore, doing things you love will not only cheer you up a little, but they will also send many new friends your way :)
