I usually seek for someone to lean on because somewhere out in this world, you will find a person who will listen to you, and accept you, and when you are depressed and stressed, just hope for the best and try to stay more optimistic, because in the future the whole thing you're stressing yourself about might be irrelevant, and you might get over it with time.

When I am lonely or depressed, I usually read a book, listen to music, or talk on one of the 7 cup group chats. Anything that is safe and you enjoy is a great idea.

Often I have used the technique of going out for a power walk, jog. Also I frequently listen to music or watch movies. Taking a power nap is also helpful to clear the mind.

The hardest thing you can do when you feel like that: go out and do something you absolutely don't want to be doing. Feeling like hiding all day in your bed? Go to the gym. Do you not want to talk to people? Hang out with some friends. It's very hard to do that, but the best thing you can do. Otherwise you get stuck in all the negativity, while if you're active and distracted you'll eventually feel better.

Usually, reading good book is good, watching movie, or meditation. Talking to a friend or someone trained for listening is a good strategy

Talk about it! Talk about it with you friends, family or whoever you're close with. If you can't talk to anyone you know, talk to someone here or go to the therapist/psychiatrist.

If you are lonely or depressed, you can always do things that are fun. It could be hanging out with friends or family. If you don't want to do this, you can always listen to music :)
