Hi there! Thank you for reaching out to us on 7 cups. It sounds like you are experiencing a lot of depressing thoughts. Can you expand on how you are feeling? What do you think may have caused this, has this happened before? I’m sorry if it seems like I am crowding you with questions. I have actually experienced something similar to this before. You may not think so, but actually it is quite common. In my personal advice, may I suggest you seek help with any parents or guardians you have. Possibly a counsellor may help. If you feel you may want to self-harm, you should immeadiately contact a suicide hotline, with someone to walk you through it. I hope this helped. If you need to talk again with me, you may. I am available at the same time next week.

First of all, I am sorry that you are feeling this way. Secondly, when it gets to this point, I strongly recommend that you reach out to somebody. A friend, a family member, or a professional. If you are worried about how they will respond, then text/call/message a crisis councillor to get immediate help. And if you are ever scared that you are going to hurt yourself (or you have) you can call your emergency services or go to the nearest emergency room. Know that you are never alone, even when you feel that way and there are people out there who care about you and want to help.

In this case the most important thing to do is reach out to those who are close to you- maybe family or friends and also consult your GP they will be able to help you organise your thoughts and make life seem a little less cloudy. The world is full of beautiful things, and your presence is one of those beautiful things and it is also important to remember that there is a light at the end of the tunnel-though things may be hard right now, the clouds will lift and things will ease and fall into place. Keep your head up high and your heart strong.
