I have felt the same in many situations, the best thing to do is to reach out to someone but if that is not an option than I would surround yourself with positive people or things. Find hobbies you enjoy or find people you can talk to that make you feel happy.

Just make sure you're near or with someone, Make sure you're in a safe environment that can keep you from harming yourself. Reaching out can be difficult but as soon as you get the nasty things of your back it'll help you feel relieved

There are many helpful resources such as the suicide hotline and depression management sites that can help you manage what you are feeling or get help from someone in a more anonymous fashion. Keeping in contact with your health care provider can also be good be cause there is an environment of confidentiality that may help you feel more at ease. It also may seem scary or hard to tell someone, but if you are feeling this way, reaching out is the first step to getting better and overcoming these feelings. :)
