Maybe you should write down your feelings. If maybe one day you feel like you don't want to be here, take out a pen or pencil and with down why and what you think is the key to fix it,

There are lots of people who can help!! You could call the suicide hotline number and talk to someone anonymously so you don't feel like you are sharing personal information

Always, always, ALWAYS, tell someone, anyone. The suicide hotline is always there, available. It may be hard to talk but, a life once taken, cannot be given back.

Understand that these feelings are very serious. While it may be uncomfortable, find someone you trust to speak with, and work with them to seek the help you need. Life is worth living, and you should make every effort to get better!

Try to keep your mind busy on something, watch a movie, or go out of your house, like if you were running away from that dispair.

I know it's hard, but the easiest thing to do is to tell someone. You could tell your parents, internet friends, best friends, etc. but please tell someone, we want to help you.

You have to tell people! like your closest friends or people you trust! Sleeping it for your own isnt good. Speaking and talking about it can help.

Do you have a legitimate plan? Do you feel like you will actually go through with it? If you answered yes, you probably ought talk to someone, and perhaps someone professional. if not and you have had these feelings before and you know its going to pass you need to occupy your mind and your body. Do things. Any things. Read a book, escape and go on a walk around a park, play with your animals, find a new hobby, get back in an old hobby, watch a movie marathon, talk to friends or family you haven't connected with in a while. Go to church, ride a bike, do something as long as it takes, to get your mind off it and feel better. Often times for me I have found that playing a videogame, or binge watching a series on tv, or having a movie marathon will help my subconscious work out the problems on its own and I feel better afterward. You can too, however if you feel worse or start to develop a plan or have made actions, call for help. Even if you don't want to, have someone near you to help keep you safe. You are worth it and you will appreciate having them in the end. :)
