take a deep breath. in. out. in. out. feel the air against your face and your heart beating against your chest. go somewhere else, whether that's a different room or outside or to a different building, go. you're alive. find a quiet spot, and when you're there, think of all the things that you like or love. family members, friends, pets, foods, places, drinks, feelings, hobbies, gifts, objects, sports, arts, songs, pieces, games, movies, tv, podcasts, books, everything. write them down, write as many down as you possibly can. all the things that you like or that have made you smile or laugh or love or live. write them all down. you are alive. your life has meaning.

I'd suggest first of all that you speak to someone about this. If you're comfortable with it, have a conversation about how this sort of feeling has come about. Sometimes understanding yourself gives a feeling of relief, even if it doesn't help your actual feelings towards things, at least you might have a better sense of yourself.
Secondly, try to find something you do enjoy. It can be something like taking a walk, reading a book, watching a show. It can be really small like seeing a photo that you've got in your house. If you can find something, just one thing even, that can make you smile, then that's the point to keep living. That's what we live for. As cheesy and weird as it sounds. Now, if you CAN'T find something that you can smile at, then try find something that you do that no one else does. Whether it's that you take out the bins to make things easier for whoever you live with (if you do live with someone), or you cook, or you feed a pet, or you always make sure to message a friend, or anything like that. Which, I'm 100% certain you DO have something like that that you do, because unless you live completely isolated, and I mean completely, then you kind of have to. And that, that is also something unique to you while you're alive. So that's what I'd suggest, find something that makes you smile, and realise all the things you do that help others. You're important in this world, nothing would be the same without you. (if you do need to talk, feel free to send a message)

I used to feel the same way but now what keeps my alive is curiosity because I never know what going to happen next sure it might be bad but theirs always going to be something good and another thing smile even if you don’t want to it tricks you into being happy after a little bit. Believe it or not if you leave it’s going to affect other people even if they weren’t your friends or if it’s family so on and so fourth.in stead of looking at things badly take a breath and look at it in a not so bad way I hope this helps you
