It can be hard to go through life when there's no support, and so much to deal with. I think sleep is the best medicine, and laughter too. Reading, talking, writing it out, all of these are positive. It is understandable when many people say how they find no time for themselves, I think self care is important, we should all ask ourselves whether we do it, and if not, what is stopping us. In my life I have found that acceptance beats avoiding the problem, so the more open you are the more able you are to learn from yourself and others.
