It's good that you've noticed it. You should find an trusted adult, or someone who you trust very much and talk to them about it. I find that being around a lot of positive people and doing more positive things helps with my depression. I also listen to more up going music, and watch more comedy and avoid anything negative or anything that I know will trigger my depression.

How about we talk, or you talk to another listener? Or you can go over some exercises to help relax yourself.

I would say rather than constantly focusing on things that made you feel depressed in the first place and daily life. Take time out, get away from things completely, if your boss is getting you down take some annual leave go on holiday.
Avoid day time depressing tv instead while you can put on something that interests you i.e breaking bad/your fave soaps. concentrate on what you like if you like art, why not join an art class at your local adult college class/visit a gallery. if you have good concentration read that book you always wanted to read, if you like walking take fido out walkies with you.?

Talking to someone may help with depression. Instead of a person balling up all of their feelings inside , letting it out may help.

Well there are a lot of answers on this thread - I would say this, consider the core reasons why you are unhappy or a low mood so often - is it something that happened, is it due to lack of connection, boredom, low self-esteem, etc? Also get evaluated by a professional to understand means of treating the depression.
