You can try to visualize the world from another point of view, don't have to be so critical on yourself, seeing everything in a negative way can harm your mental healthiness, first try to indentify what's making you feel like this, then you can try to canalize this incomformity.

I find sharing how you feel with somebody close to you can help, don't keep things locked up inside, if you feel really bad try speaking to your GP (dr) he can point you in the right direction. I have always found the running helps me, any for, of exercise releases endorphins which I like to call the happy hormone, try something new, find things you enjoy doing and do more of it. Life is so short and goes so fast, it's the little things that can help too like hugging somebody you care about, picking up the phone and calling somebody you haven't heard from in a while, all these things will help. Also talking helps, don't keep it inside tell people how you are feeling :-)

The best solution to depression is to figure out the reason behind it. why are you depressed? Answer this question. Figure out the problems. Try to find the solution to the reason which is causing you the depression. Find a friend who can help you to solve the problem and encourage you throughout the process. Its very important to have someone who can help you to get through. Stay strong and face your problems. Don't run away from them. Facing your fear and your problems can help you to get a better future. Be positive and don't lose hope. Be patient and try harder.

Show the world that you are a wonderful person! Build yourself up, it's okay to let yourself go sometimes. As long as you know you can pick yourself right back up again!
