Sometimes, you can. But you should always go to someone for help. Have someone there that can guide you. Its tough to carry so much weight on your own shoulders. Having people there to support you and keep you up is essential.

No. Unless you're sure you can do it with time. I did it all on my own, and I almost wish I hadn't. Seek help, do it anonymously if it makes it easier for you, but don't do it on your own. Please talk with someone and let them know what you're feeling like, let them know and maybe they can help.

i would suggest otherwise...yes you might be able to control it..but the built in will more often than not catch you off-guard driving you further deep in the pit..realize it's not your fault..can a cancer patient be expected to cure himself..get help..depression is as legitimate an ailment as any..and sadly the one so left un-understood..

Everyone gets to the point where they need some help from someone else. That's not a weakness. Depression is such an all consuming illness that it might be difficult to deal with it on your own. Remember that it's okay to let someone in and let them take care of you for a while
