Recently I've been feeling sad all the time. I feel like crying and throwing up. I often feel empty and lonely (with people around). I don't want to feel this way what can I do?

Well you should probably see a doctor about those feelings. Maybe take a depression and anxiety test with your doctor. When I feel like that it means im severely depressed. Until you can get to a doctor and maybe get put on medication or something the best thing to do is break routine. When feeling sad breaking routine is the best thing to do. Get up early and be busy all day. No matter what it is. Drawing, shopping, swimming, running, etc. Anything to get your mind off of things. Or maybe write about your feelings or talk to a therapist. Its also important to let yourself feel things. If you feel like crying, then go cry. Let it out.

Before I go into this, I wanted to say that it's very wise and admirable of you to reflect and flesh out your emotions in the form of words. That's the first step to recovery and starting to feel better. Remember that it's okay to feel sad and empty, even when there are people around. But you also have to remember that you don't have to keep these emotions to yourself. Try to find someone you can talk to, someone you can really trust. Just talking to someone about how you feel really helps a lot with curing your sadness. And if you're worried about expressing yourself to someone initially, maybe take the time to write out all the emotions you feel so you can process them yourself.

Sharing helps others and its therapeutic for you.
