First of all, you should go to the principle of the school and talk to him about your teacher and the way he treats you, but tell him to not reaveal your identity to your teacher. About your mother , you should clarify yourself to her and tell your feelings and what her behaviour has caused into your everyday life. If she loves you she will understand.
