I've been frustrated about feeling sad without any reason, I kept blaming myself. I realized that I have depression and that is part of me.

Realising you have depression is the first step in tackling depression. Once you've identified it you can talk to a health care adviser or a friend about the next steps. Maybe there is a trigger for your feelings, maybe you've been feeling this way for a very long time. Either way there are a number of options available to you. Perhaps medication may alleviate some of your symptoms, maybe a combination of medication and exercise. Talking through your feelings can also help you deal with issues that may be responsible for making you feel the way you do. It's important to remember that depression is not a stigma, social attitudes towards it are changing and you should not feel ashamed of your condition. Instead, feel proud that you recognised a problem within yourself and that you have the option of making things better for yourself.

You have to not be too hard on yourself. You are already struggling with depression and you need to focus on helping yourself fight it. It is not your fault for having depression it can happen to anyone. Its how you deal with it that matters.

Definitely something I have experienced myself. It's easier said than done to encourage you to not beat yourself over feeling sad. What helped was writing in my journal. I wrote not only what I felt. I wrote about things I did. Goals I had. Even just drawing characters or swirls. But something about doing something consistent in my life felt structured and helped. And maybe writing may not be something that may help you. But maybe finding that you can encourage yourself to carry out. For example, singing, dancing, painting, going to the park or gym, etc. Hope this helps! You are strong. :)
