No there are none sadly. But there are many things you can do to help combat depression. I think the best thing to do is find a friend that will support you.

No, there is no quick-fix for actual depression but there are definitely ways to manage and support yourself through it.

I don't think that there is a quick-fix for depression. I think it's something that just gets better over time if someone can learn how to help themselves out of it. It's complicated, it's not an easy thing to cure like a cold. It takes time and a lot of care for yourself.

I honestly do not think their is a quick-fix for depression. I mean, we can do tiny little things that make us feel better, but if we do not tackle the reason as to why we became depressed in the first place, it will always linger around. It's great to have a support group because that way the depression doesn't become too extreme. At the same time, depression does take time to get over and it varies for each and every person.

I don't believe there is any quick fix for depression, it is a lifelong struggle but you are not alone, and thankfully there are many ways to manage it. I suggest you try exercise and setting goal/reward systems for yourself. I also recommend you visit our depression support chat, and if it ever feels like its getting to be too much, speak to a professional.

I don't believe that there is a "quick fix", but that each person takes their own individual time to recover. Some may take a couple of weeks to recover, while others will take years. Everyone has their individual ways of recovering also. It depends on what they think helps, and how long it takes.

That is only temporary relief. There are no quick-fixes. To relieve depression, it can take a long time to really heal.

Depression is a very complicated condition that has no magical quick fix; however, with treatment and a good support, getting better is very possible.

No. There are treatment options: therapy, medications, hospitalization, homeopathic, exercise, self help books, life coaches, prayer, and more. And even with treatment, you may never 'fix' depression. Some people have one episode of depression and some have multiple episodes throughout their lifetime.
While exploring treatment options, you may find options that help and some that don't. You may experience some personal growth.
