No, it is not normal to think about suicide every day. Although if you do happen to find the idea of your own death drifting through your mind frequently, you're not weird or alone, you're simply sick. I encourage every single person who is contemplating suicide to reach out, even if it's the last thing you want to do, because your life is so precious! I don't think anyone truly wants to die, I think everyone simply wants life to get better, and sometimes death seems like the last option, but it's not!! Please reach out to anything and anyone you can (including but not limited to 7 cups listeners & therapists), because it's not normal to think about suicide every day, and you deserve help and happiness.

Thinking about suicide regularly (or even irregularly) is nothing to be ashamed of, but it is not normal. It's also no way to go through life. Please talk to someone about how you are feeling.

I believe suicidal thoughts are made because that person can't find the guidance and answers. I believe it is normal if one is stuck in a situation like that.

Thinking about it everyday is not something usual to do. If you are going through a hard time, it may just be a sign of exhaustion, depending how long you have been thinking about it. Thinking about it everyday can be dangerous :) Try talking to a therapist here, they can tell you more.

I believe that normal varies for everyone, we all have ups and downs. I don't think that thoughts of suicide on a regular basis point to good health, and would likely signify a chemical imbalance and that effects overall health. Health is all encompassing and should include mental health addressed with physical health, and with professionals that you without a doubt trust. If are having these thoughts daily, try seeking out a mental health professional to help you get to the roots of the problem.

It is can be considered "normal" in a sense of someone who has reoccurring thoughts of suicide. However, you should tell someone about these thoughts because you may be a danger to yourself. Suicidal ideation can be both passive and active, it's important to get information, know yourself, and reach out for help if needed.

The word normal carries a connotation and not being "normal" can often be perceived as bad. However, thinking about suicide daily is not healthy. It is a sign of depression or another mental illness. I'd talk to a doctor, counselor, or trusted person (who is an adult) right away.
