It isn't normal to think about suicide everyday. No one should ever lke they have to take their own lfe. It's sad how many people do though and how it could have been prevented if the individual reached out for professional help. If you think about this everyday you need therapy. No one in their right state of mind would think about this everyday. Usually medication and therapy can really help a person get out of their depression. But with therapy can be trial and error. Going to therapists can be helpful for some but not for all. I would suggest finding somee coping skills that keep you distracted for the time being. If you really feel in imment danger of yourself I would suggest calling a suicide hotline or local emergency services. As your life does matter and thinking about the pain you would cause other people if you did end up doing you. You do it once, the people that are around you relive 1,000 of times always thinking why and how they could have prevented this from happening. I really hope this helps you get the help you need even though it is not easy to reach out for help.

No. Thinking that death is better than everyday living does not seem normal at all! No one should be in a world that they don't want to be in. From the day that we are born, we begin to die. The desire to want to speed that up means that there is help needed. Help to be content, help to accept, help to move on, help to get better. Life doesn't have to be lonely and hard there are others out there who want to help. There are others out there who feel the same. Don't leave before you get the chance to die happy, as you should. Please contact crisis resources if you need to, your life matters.

Nothing and nobody is abnormal. Abnormal is just a myth which we have created to tag those things and events and people which are different and we don't understand fully. Now you might be in that dark and gloomy situation where such thoughts come to your mind. At last, we all are simple human beings. But undoubtedly these thoughts are hazardous so you need to get rid of them. You need to observe and understand whether it is just your situation or some issue that demands medication. Under both the conditions, you need to collect your strength and face the storm like a survivor who will do anything but will never give up. Good luck

It is certainly not normal to think about suicide everyday, however it is okay to feel what you feel. You have to share it with a professional to get the help that you need. I was also suicidal at one point in my life and felt like I was better off dead, everything was so overwhelming and life was just pointless. I made sure I shared my suicidal thoughts with a mental health professional. I went to therapy for 8 months and was on medication. I felt so much better after sharing my problems with my therapist. You are not alone and there are people that can help you.
Have a helpful insight? Don’t keep it to yourself.
Sharing helps others and its therapeutic for you.
