No, it is not normal to think about suicide everyday. Yes, there can be a few off days where nothing seems right but most of the times it is followed by days where everything seems right. So hang in and wait, or do something different. But again, feeling like that forever is not normal.

Yes. Most people will think about suicide or have thoughts of dying. But there's a difference between casual thoughts of suicide and active suicidal intent. Normal suicidal thoughts can come up daily. Like at the train station, you may see a train coming and realize that you could jump out in front of the train and die. Or when hiking in the mountains, you may walk along a narrow cliff and realize that you could just fall off and probably die. Or when driving, you may think of how easy it would be to die in an accident. The common theme here is called passive suicidal ideation. You realize that you are mortal and could die from any number of things- not waking up in the morning, having an accident, jumping into traffic. Suicidal ideation is a problem when you're thinking about taking active steps to kill yourself. Things like counting how many pills you have and wondering if you would die from taking them all. Or checking the train schedules to see if there's a train that could hit you on your lunch break. You get the picture. It's a lot of similar situations, but in this case you're actively planning how you would die rather than simply noticing that you could. If you're actively planning how you might kill yourself, seek help from emergency services. If you just notice yourself thinking about suicide often but not actively, you probably don't need emergency services but you could benefit from talking to a doctor or counselor to manage your mood.

no, but i blieve that people who actually kill themselves are much braver than people who don't. It takes courage to end your own life. And people on earth are terified of everything. Although I am not promoting suicide, I am just saying that people judge suicidal peole way to quickly. Many people who say they will kil themselves actually never will. but if someone does say they will you never know so it is smart to help them and get them to talk it out anyways. Suicide is only growing, and it is unhealthy and everyone deals with it at one point.

Is it Normal? No, No person should contemplate ending their life over a temporary situation. Although, in today’s society, folks seem to think of it more frequently. Hence why I became a Listener; hoping that I can touch someone’s life in a positive manner, like I have had folks touch mine. Nothing/No One in this world is worth taking ones life, and with the proper assistance any issues can be overcome. I know at that present time it might seem like the only answer, the best answer. I can say though, that it isn’t. There is help out there, and life is worth living!

It is difficult to say yes or no and I’ll explain why. It can be “normal” if there is an existing mental condition like anxiety or depression. Then these thoughts can feel like normal thoughts. It shouldn’t be this way though. If you are feeling suicidal or have suicidal thoughts daily find someone to talk to about this. 7 cups is a great platform or else find a therapist or psychiatrist that can help you find the root of these thoughts and they can help you eliminate these thoughts. Don’t ever forget that your life is so valuable and that it is worth it to find happiness.

Maybe for some people it is not normal especially for those who did not ever experience the struggle you have been through. Some might think that it helped to unwrap things but it is not healthy getaway. It is not always okay though to have that kind of thought. I hope you the best, if you ever thought about doing it please do not. Distract yourself from that kind of thought by thinking your favorite things, things that make you happy and glad to be alive. Reach out to someone you trust and try to talk about it or get help from professionals. Stay live, it is going to worth it.

It's something that happens to lot's of people. So yes, it is normal. However, you should talk to someone about it because there are better solutions. I recommend trying to go to therapy, talking to a counselor, or even contacting a hotline. If you are queer or questioning, The Trevor Project is probably the hotline for you. If you are a survivor of sexual assault, RAINN is probably for you. If you are neither of those things than the National Suicide Prevention Hotline is probably for you. You are not alone.

It is clearly not normal to think about suicide everyday. Probably a lot of people go through a moment of crisis and think about suicide maybe once or twice in their lfetime. Humans are naturally animals with a desire to live, not die. If you are thinking about suicide everyday you are most definetley having an emotiomally difficult time.. please though seek professional help. Trust me, I know what it feels like. You are worth living. Alright maybe life seems worthless and maybe you feel worthless. But you know what, you probably have somebody that cares for you and you might not be seeing it. I do not know you or the story in your life but let me just tell you that life is so much more than you are experimencing right now. Make up your own life.
