It's not normal. I think you should contact a school nurse, teacher, parent, older sibling etc so someone you trust knows. It's really not normal, and it's a red flag. Please, seek help for your own sake. It's not a shame, it's not stupid, it's worth it, and it might help a lot.

no its not normal at all! contact the suicide hotline or talk to someone who can help, possibly a therapist or friend. if you feel you are in imitate danger go to hospital, or call the suicide hotline

When we talk about something being normal there isn't really an accurate definition for it. With something like this though its not so much abnormal but it is concerning. There are links and numbers for helplines you can find on here. Please don't feel like you're on your own, there are people who want to help.
