No, sometimes life's just too stressful. However, if it occurs often, it may be worth seeking help. Good luck.

It can be good to empty your mind sometimes and want to focus on nothing, especially when anxiety gives you many negative thoughts all at once. Meditation and breathing exercises can be good for resolving that feeling.

It could be well a sign of tiredness or even exhaustion. As an ex when we learn a lot and our brain receives constant input it needs time to process these information and also time to run in "idle/cleaning " mode to make space for new input. One can compare it to a machine constantly working, it gets hot so it needs to cool down. If that is not happening the brain gets an overflow and refuses to take in any more information, meaning does not want to think. If the brain does not get recovery time it can be overloaded what can cause serious damages.

I guess at times it is normal not to want to think anything, some people might think that's strange, but some people practice and clear their mind off all thoughts in the way of meditation, sometimes I think we are so busy and our minds get full of all sorts of day to days stress that lots of people just want to blank everything out. the question is how you go about it, people have all different ways of doing this some good some not so good, also lots of people may say they think about that many different things that it's impossible to think clearly about one thing.
