It is very normal to cry without consciously feeling sad. We cry for many reasons, not just being sad. We might cry because we are happy, or tired, or even just having an allergic reaction. Also, emotional tears actually clean out toxins from our brain. That's why we feel better afterwards.
That being said, there usually is an emotional trigger for crying, and it could be helpful to figure out what it is. You could keep a journal of when you cried and what happened right before, or what you were doing. That might help find connections. You could try talking to someone (a friend or family member) about it, and if they know you well they might also have some ideas.
It might also be that figuring this out will help you put in to words how you feel :)
