Mine started happening in 2016 once I reach the adult age. Suddenly the things I love suddenly left so empty. As if I have depression which I have. I’m still struggling with it. When I try to do the things I love it feels very forced. I cry time to time about how I can’t able to do the things I love because of it. I tend it to social media as ask is this actually normal at all. I’m slowly forcing myself to do my favourite hobby, I hope I finally get there. Where I used to love back to me.

We then become too anxious to, say, get through a day of work without feeling anxious. We’re anxious about being anxious or depressed about being depressed, and that’s the way we think we’re going to continue to be

Yes, we as humans are so interested in new things and move on from the old. That goes with things, and people we love. Not always the case, but sometimes.
