That is a difficult question to answer as there are many reasons as to why you would experience that. You are describing internal voices which are quite normal and part of the conscious thought process, while multiple voices are uncommon the mind is quite able to do so. As to why it comes of as yelling; most likely you are stressing yourself out becoming anxious about the voices, maybe even subconsciously tormenting yourself, this can cause the thought process run wild making it seem like it's uncontrollable maybe even feel a bit like split personality or more commonly thought of as schizoid. This has happened to me on occasion and is more common than you'd think. My opinion is that you consult with your doctor or a therapist, most of the time there are underlying reasons causing the stress and it will help you lay it to rest more than speculation can.

Well it's not a normal thing to be honest, from what i know it's probably some kind of schizophrenia. If you can get professional help that would be a huge step foward to improve your mental health :)
