"Normal" is a bit of a relative term that varies from person to person. What is normal for one may not be normal for another.
However, that said, you should probably talk with a mental health professional to allow for more in depth conversation about how these experiences are affecting you on a regular basis. They will be able to give you more feedback, and more specific discussion about how to assess and cope if needed. :)

everyone has debates withing oneself from time to time, it helps us view a problem from different points of view; it is normal to get mad at yourself and "yell" mean stuff to you from time to time. I would say the important thing here is how these voices make you feel, do they make you feel worthless? do they encourage you to try harder or discourage you from trying new things? do they encourage you to do things that might be dangerous for you? and also how often? having debates or arguments with oneself is normal, but if the struggle withing those parts of you is interrupting too often your day to day life it could be dangerous.

Yes it is absolutely normal when you are going through anxiety attack or depression or even when you are scared of doing something.

It can be normal as you may have a mental illness that has a side effect of this, please consult a doctor about other problems other than voices if they become too much.

I believe it may be helpful to seek a professional on this matter. It may be a sign for a bigger problem.
