yes very much so. it is even normal to go through states that includes few of these emotions at the same time. the fact that you are noticing these quick changes means that you in tune with your emotions and that's a wonderful thing.

It is perfectly normal, because this series of emotions can be associated with many different states of being. It could range anywhere from Anxiety to Grief. However, it is normal. This progression is something that everyone experiences at some point. It is also normal for this to pass, and for a person to continue a "normal" (your words) life that also includes happiness and tranquility, and joy and passion, and every other emotion and experience which we all want to have.
