We are all humans and wee feel different emotions at different times. Crying is a an absolutely normal way to express extreme emotions like pain, sadness and hopelessness and may even help you relieve your stress. However, if you cry continuously for a long period of time, it may best to get professional help as you might be suffering from depression.

Sometimes, it's your body's way of getting all the negative things out. Crying is not all a bad thing, instead, it's a way to get all those negative thoughts out. You will always find that you feel a small amount of relief after crying. Just always remember the amount you cry will always decrease, and the times you smile will always increase.

No its not but it is normal for you to let out your emotions because if you didn't let out you emotions things could get worst or can get worst find out what's making u cry cause this is not who u are but I think u need to talk to someone because it seems like you let out your emotions to get rid of them
