I understand you, being depressed leads us to believe that we are guilty for everything that happens to us. Depression is a disease. You are strong, you’re here seeking for help. That’s very brave from you. If you were guilty of it, you wouldn’t be here. I don’t think that you want to be depressed. I’ve felt that too. I think you want to feel good that’s why you’re here too. It’s never our fault, being sad it’s not your fault. That’s only an emotion. If you listened this question from a friend, would you think that being depressed it‘s her/his fault?

no it is not your fault for being depressed we all have our own kind of struggles and yours just seems to be depression we all get sad at times no matter who you are or where you come from we are all human and we all have a lot of different feelings bottled up inside we just need to take it one day at a time and I understand how you feel right now but it is going to be ok there are people here who can help you or just talk to you if you just need someone to talk to
