First of all, ask someone who you trust and you know that really cares about you. It's completely ok to ask for help. That's the first step. Take a day to think about what you don't like about your life, what you would like to change and then, take it slow. One step at a time and you will get there.

For a major mileage in my life, I believed sharing my feelings was a taboo. We are all patients; field experienced doctors are also patients. A "doctor" is not a title earned when the coat is worn ragged. If there is someone you can confide in with your current situation, please speak up.
