Take up some hobbies. I know that life can be hard sometimes. And you feel like nothing is left. Or you are alone. The best thing you can do about the people part. Is go to a public place. And just sit down and draw or read. Surround yourself in humans! Go to Starbucks, and maybe even make small talk with the person who's putting sugar in their coffee next to you.
