Get fit. If you're fat, it's probably for a reason. Talk to your doctor if it's your genetics, but if it's your diet, then go to the gym. Go vegan. Try your hardest to eat healthy and work out.

First, learn to love your body. Each of our bodies are a little bit different, and each unique. There will never be another of your body exactly. Second, instead of thinking your ugly, think of this: "Everyone is a 10. It just depends on who's looking" or "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" in other words.

Learn to love yourself for who you are. My friend had a similar problem. She wrote nice positive notes for herself and she put them around everywhere. Especially on mirrors. She would read them out loud when she needed to feel good about herself.

If Its the latter case, you must realize that, those people are not the one who deserve to be in your life and you must not give a fuck.
If you really hate yourself, then find solutions to love yourself. How? So, You hate because you are fat and ugly?, Try transforming yourself. Being overweight isn't something you cannot overcome. Try working out get in shape, trust you start appreciating yourself and your ugliness will vanish away.
